If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at contact@zaazam.com.


Cancellation Policy

You can request changes or cancellations to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processing, and we may not be able to accommodate cancellations.

If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Still not satisfied? You may return your items after 14 days, as long as it's within 60 days of delivery.

Damaged Items

We carefully pack every order, but if your product arrives damaged (not just the packaging), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@zaazam.com with a clear photo of the damage.

We’ll review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement free of charge.
Please note, we do not accept returns or offer replacements for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse
  • Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) if the product itself is in good condition

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order on time, but delays can happen due to factors beyond our control (couriers, customs, etc.).

Zaazam is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • Delivery issues once the package has been shipped
